Born in Perris California in 1959, "Sean" (as he is known
by Family and friends), was raised with the moral fiber and
strong Family values of the times.
Raised with an older sister, and a younger brother, he
believes his position of middle child helped to mold him
into who he is. He recalls his tough, albeit caring, Father,
as the Man who taught him what being "A Man" truly
means.
Although, since Sean lost his Father when he was 10 years
old, he gives his Mother all the credit for being the one
constant in his life that gave him the security and freedom
to grow and expand both his mind and his heart freely.
Having led what he calls an "interesting"life", this author
currently holds several titles. Father, Published Poet, Author
and Philosopher, Certified Computer Tech, Master Gardner,
and Chef, just to name a few.
Now, as President of "Bonzo Reagan Publishing", he
hopes to further facilitate his goal of truly helping, if not
actually saving, humanity from itself. Specializing in all
forms of the arts, knowledge and information sharing, he
wants to inspire others to "push the envelope" of
conventional thinking and stand up and be heard!
Sean credits his strong belief that "Anyone can accomplish
ANYTHING, if they want to bad enough" as the initial catalyst
that launched Mary Ann into writing this book.
His love and continued support of her through her bad and
worse days, qualified him as "The One who knew her best!"
This is why he actually told Mary Ann one day that he should
write a book on Fibro. The reason why it should be him and
not her, he then said was,
"... Because of your "Fibro-fog Honey, you know... it's to
hard for you to focus enough to commit  yourself to that
kind of long term and involved project."
That was all it took...in under 4 months, through the winter
months no less, (winter is a Fibro sufferers WORST time)
she had done it! She had researched, compiled, interviewed
& wrote of her own personal 10 year struggle in her first
book: "Fibro-My-What?!"
Sean had given her more than a challenge to write a book,
she says he gave her back her dignity and self worth!  She
was NOT worthless,  as she had felt for so long... SHE, had
written a BOOK!!
What I noticed most? The "look" in Sean's eyes, as he
watched the woman he loves, begin to blossom back into
the woman she once was, before Fibro robbed her of her
abilities to function as she once had.
Imagine if you will, a society where all members work to-
gether for the good of all. A society where
outdoing the
Jones'",
actually means, you went out of your way, in doing
something phenomenally selfless to help the
Jones! For
no other reason than, it is the right thing to do! In Sean's
opinion, this kind of thing is exactly the kind of thing that
has been forgotten in western, and most other societies.
I hope you surf through Sean's links. From the web site
featuring  his book "Steal This Book Too!" to his
www.societyofhumans.net. There you will find a summation
of his ideas and opinions for a "peaceful society"!
Keep your eye out for this guys next venture, what ever it
may be... It is bound to be worth while... and, coming from
Sean, it is nearly guaranteed to be, at least...

"Interesting"!
Mary Ann Ringling
A musician/songwriter by nature, and a
Fibromyalgia sufferer for 10 years.  Took
the advice of her best friend & life
partner to dive into writing this, her first
book. In sincere hopes to help others like
her and the people who love them!
Born March, 1963, in Kallispell, MT. I was a TRUE
PISCES from day one!  I spent the greatest part of what
childhood I can recall, shifting between ANYTHING
MUSICALLY INCLINED and being a real "old school"
tomboy.  I joke around by saying, I got piano lessons,
ballet lessons, singing lessons, creative dance lessons,
hunters safety lessons, AND THEN...I turned 5 yrs old!
But in truth, it's really not far off the mark. The bug bit me in
the second grade, my first REAL... Public performance, a
school musical rendition of "Free to be, You and Me", my
1st Lead singing job in a Rock Band on Stage was, 6th
grade. (Though the rest of the band members were
between 16 & 25.) Being the epitome of puberty during the
height of the "DISCO CRAZE", found me putting Danny
Terio to shame with my 6'2" partner, who could throw me
around his head and shoulders like a rag doll!  As the
whole "Play Dat Funky Music White boy" era came to an
end, I was already in a new band...  I was only half way
through my freshman yr in High School!  Well I think you
get the point...
I have worn many hats through the years also, just like my
Sean.  After school, I joined the military and did quite well!!
Over these many years, I have enjoyed such a varied
employment history, as a wood mill worker, a metal
machinist, Airplane fuselage fabricator, shrimp/crab picker/
shaker, commercial & charter boat fisherman/deckhand,
cocktail waitress, supervising housekeeper of a
multi-million dollar resort of over 20 luxury homes, then
there were all the self-employed adventures..."Singing
Song-A=Gram" woman, Wedding Consultant, Residential
and Commercial Housekeeping/Janitorial, Small
Business Start Up Consultant and Material Marketing
layouts, including high end business plans that were quite
successful in gaining much need capital for starting new
businesses, through out Oregon and California.  And of
course, in between, and all through most of this "Day Job"
history of mine, I never let my music go!    For more than 5
years in the '80's, I was manager/lead singer/choeographer
songwriter/musician & booking agent for the Top 40/
Originals Band "FASTLANE" out of Portland, OR. And that
started after nearly 5 years as a solo performer gigging up
and down the west coast... I may not have ever had a
so-called "Healthy Long Lasting" relationship, but I
ALWAYS, had friends! And ALWAYS..had my
Music..........Until I was hit by FIBRO!!!
Over the last 10 years, I have to say I have spent a fair part
of it attempting to "re-invent" my life.  Never had much
success for very long at a time of course!  Oh yeah, just
like most of you, in the beginning, I just pushed myself to
"work through the pain", then that soon became "Bed
ridden" in pain, which quickly slid into "Brain Dead On
Pharmaceuticals", bed ridden, lost in my own kitchen, in
PAIN! Then, came Dr Paul Whitcomb!
You will notice through out my book, his name just keeps
popping up! And for good reason! He is nothing short of an
Angel, sent to help all us who have gotten SOOO good at
"just living with the pain" If you do nothing else, Do yourself
one favor and check out his web-site!   www.stopfibro.com
In closing, let me say that If in writing this book, I can help
even a handful of people who either suffer from
Fibromyalgia or know someone who does... Then I will feel
I have been successful. THANK YOU, SO MUCH, FOR
YOUR TIME & CONSIDERATION!
